Payment

Accepted payment methods

Orders placed on argile-peinture.com are paid for online only, through the secure payment system Shopify Payments.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Other payment methods enabled on Argile's Shopify account: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Payment security

All transactions made on the website are secured and encrypted. Your card details are never stored or accessed by ARGILE: they are handled directly by Shopify Payments, in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Currency and prices

All orders are invoiced in euros (€), inclusive of tax, excluding any delivery charges, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

When payment is taken

Payment is taken when your order is accepted by ARGILE, as defined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. An invoice showing the VAT breakdown is then sent to you by email.

If payment fails or is declined

If your payment is declined or cannot be validated, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank, then place your order again. ARGILE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for which payment has not been honoured by the issuing bank, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Invoicing

An invoice showing VAT is sent to you by email as soon as your order is accepted. You can view, save or print it from that email at any time.
